This website does not require an account. The data processed is what you send us when you contact us by email (name, email address, message content) and, subject to your consent, audience measurement data.

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline audience measurement cookies (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics). These tools are only loaded after your consent.

Email exchanges are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then archived for a maximum of 3 years.

Cookie consent is kept for a maximum of 13 months. Audience measurement data is kept for a maximum of 25 months.

Data is intended for the TILTED SAS team. It passes through our technical processors: Vercel Inc. (hosting) and Google (audience measurement, after consent). Transfers outside the European Union are governed by appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission standard contractual clauses.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to hello@persyst.ai.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Data processing carried out within the Persyst platform on behalf of our customers is governed by the agreement and the data processing agreement entered into with TILTED SAS, separate from this policy.
