Ask your first question
Check accessible sources and get a first answer grounded in your data.
Once Persyst is added to your assistant, check available sources before requesting an analysis.
Check the organization
When authorizing your assistant, you choose which organization its connection belongs to if you have several. Switching organizations on the website does not change that connection.
To use another organization from your assistant, repeat the connection and choose it on the authorization screen.
List accessible sources
Ask:
Use Persyst to list the connectors I can access. Tell me which sources are available and what kinds of questions I can ask about them.
The assistant can call list_connectors. Its answer depends on your current permissions: the public catalog is not your access list.
Ask a precise question
Provide a source, an object and a time range where relevant. For example:
- Batch: “On this Batch project, compare this campaign’s statistics for the last seven days.”
- Redash: “Read this query’s latest result and include its calculation date.”
- PostgreSQL: “Describe this authorized table, then count its rows.”
- Code: “Find this feature’s implementation in this repository and cite the relevant files.”
- Documents: “Find the document describing this rule and cite the passage you used.”
These are example requests, not actual results. Replace references with a source and resource granted to you.
Verify the answer
Ask for the references used, the time range and any limits reported by the tool. An already calculated Redash result, synchronized content and a direct read do not all have the same freshness guarantees.
If several accounts or sources have similar names, specify which one to use before continuing the analysis.
