If the chat does not answer
| Symptom | What to check |
|---|---|
| “This agent has reached its usage limit” | In the Power Platform admin center, ask your admin to check Licensing → Copilot Studio: credits, environment capacity and quotas. A successful Studio test does not validate execution in the published channel. |
| Persyst is missing from Copilot | Check publication, the Microsoft 365 channel, your access rights and installation with Add. |
| A Persyst connection is requested | Sign in with your own account from the agent’s connection prompt, then repeat your question. |
| Your connector list is empty or different | Check the organization selected during Persyst authorization and your access rights. Switching organizations in the dashboard does not change an existing OAuth connection. |
| A business tool returns an error | Keep the exact error and source for your administrator. A technical error does not prove that data is absent. |
