Everyone’s AI
In short
- Persyst works without a vendor MCP server: Batch does not publish one, Persyst provides its own, hosted, with nothing to install on workstations.
- Read-only: orchestration list and statistics. No campaign created, sent, edited or stopped from the assistant.
- A Batch project is opened to a team, a client or a person; several projects can coexist, each with its own rights.
- Statistics cover up to six months of history per orchestration, day by day, with a per-platform breakdown on request.
EXAMPLES
What your team can ask
Which push campaign performed best this week?
Tuesday’s “New season” campaign: 18.4% open rate on 312,000 sends, against an 11% weekly average. Click rate follows, 4.2% against 2.6%.

HOW IT WORKS
Batch in your AI, in three steps
Connect the project
Under Data sources, an administrator adds Batch and enters the project’s API key. Persyst tests the connection and encrypts the key; it is never returned to the browser. Several Batch projects can be connected, each with its own label.
A member can also connect a project from My connectors, for personal use without sharing it.
Open access
Each project is granted to a team, a client or a person, with the allowed tools. Grants can be changed at any time and apply on the next call.
Ask from the assistant
The member asks their question in ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot. The assistant lists orchestrations, reads their statistics and cites the period consulted. The history keeps who used which tool, and when.
TOOLS
What your assistant can do
Batch· 2 tools
Opened team by teamLists the project’s orchestrations: campaigns, recurring, triggered and warmup, on push, email, in-app, SMS and universal channels, filterable by status and type.
list_batch_orchestrationsDaily statistics of an orchestration over a period: sends, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, bounces, conversions and revenue, up to six months.

Rights and audit trail
Rights per person, team or client.
Then, inside the tool, only the items you open. The rest does not exist for the AI.
One-click revocation.
Removing a member cuts their access in every AI at once.
A history.
Who used which tool, and when.
Credentials that stay put.
They remain encrypted in Persyst, never in the assistants.
COMPARISON
Persyst or a Batch MCP server?
| Criterion | Persyst | Community Batch MCP server |
|---|---|---|
| Who authenticates | The company once, or each member with their own account. | Each member, with their own API key. |
| Installation | None: a remote MCP server, authorized from the assistant. | A server to install and maintain on every machine, or a third-party service you hand the key to. |
| Where credentials live | Encrypted in Persyst, never in the assistant. | In each member’s assistant configuration. |
| Scope | Per person, team or client, then per opened item. | Everything the key allows. |
| History | Who used which tool, and when, for the whole team. | None, or machine by machine. |
| When a member leaves | One-click revocation, in every AI. | A key to revoke at the vendor, machine by machine. |
What this connector does not do
- No writes: no campaign created, scheduled, sent or stopped from the assistant.
- No access to profiles or audiences: only orchestrations and their statistics are read.
- No data export: results are read on demand, within six months per request.
- No analysis of message content: Persyst reads the metrics, not the creatives.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Is there an official MCP server for Batch?
Persyst does not need one. It calls the Batch API with the project’s key and exposes its own read tools. Community servers require the API key on every machine and often expose send actions; Persyst sticks to reading.
Does every member need a Batch account?
No. An administrator connects the Batch project once with its API key. Authorized members read campaigns from their AI, without a Batch seat.
Can an executive follow campaigns without opening Batch?
Yes. If they have access to the project, they ask their assistant for the week’s results and get sourced figures, with no login and no dashboard to maintain.
Can I open a Batch project to an agency?
Yes. You grant that project to that client or person, and only that one. The other projects stay invisible to their AI. Removing access takes one click.
How do I use it from ChatGPT or Claude?
Each member adds Persyst as an MCP server in their assistant and authorizes it once. The Batch tools they are entitled to then appear in their conversations.
