Your pipeline and your calls, in every salesperson's AI

Each salesperson queries Sellsy with their own rights, and the Aircall calls of the lines opened to them.

Prepare a meeting, follow up after a call, spot a stalled deal: without opening the CRM.

Which opportunities in negotiation have had no contact for three weeks, and who last spoke to these clients?

Three opportunities. Martin & Sons, €18,000: last call by Léa on October 3, quote awaiting feedback. Atelier Nord, €9,500: no call since September 29, the note mentions a budget to approve. Groupe Sud, €32,000: last call by Hugo on October 1, the client was expecting a revised proposal.

ACCESS

Everyone only sees what concerns them

  • Each person's Sellsy rights

Each salesperson connects their own account: their assistant only sees what Sellsy already shows them.

  • Line by line

Aircall calls are opened per phone line: salespeople see their lines, not the support team's.

  • Read-only, logged

No record changed, no call placed from the assistant. Every read is logged: who, which tool, when.

SETUP

Up and running in three steps

  1. Connect the tools

An administrator connects Aircall once for the company. Each salesperson connects their own Sellsy account, with no API key.

  2. Open the rights

The administrator picks each team's Sellsy tools and the Aircall lines it can read. These grants add to Sellsy rights, they never widen them.

  3. Ask the question

The salesperson queries their pipeline from their assistant, for instance to prepare a client meeting or follow up with a prospect after a call.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does every salesperson need a Sellsy account?

Yes. Each member connects their own Sellsy account; Persyst does not open the CRM to someone who has no access to it.

What about Aircall?

Aircall is connected once for the company. Authorized members read the calls of the lines opened to them, without an Aircall account.

Can the assistant update the CRM after a call?

No. The tools are read-only: the assistant drafts the call summary or the follow-up, and the salesperson records it in Sellsy themselves.

CUSTOMERS

What our customers say.

STS

“We connected our tools once. Production checks payroll, product triages errors, account managers review their portfolio: each from their own AI, on their own tools only.”
