Can a payroll firm open a client's own file to that client?
Yes. The firm connects its Silae access once, opens each file to the officers who handle it and, if it wishes, to the client concerned, and only that client.
Can payroll be changed from the assistant?
No. Persyst reads Silae read-only: no variable entered, no payslip calculated, no filing submitted.
Does every member need a Silae account?
No. An administrator connects the Silae API access once; authorized members query the opened files without a Silae account.
Which assistants can we use?
