Persyst connector
Aircall MCP connector for ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot
Connected once by the company, with no Aircall account for each member.

Everyone’s AI
In short
- Persyst works without a vendor MCP server: Aircall does not publish one, Persyst provides its own, hosted, with nothing to install on workstations.
- Read-only, per line: an Aircall line is opened to a team, a client or a person. The other lines do not exist for their AI.
- Listening, summary and transcription are three distinct rights. Opening playback on a line does not open its transcriptions.
- Aircall API keys stay encrypted in Persyst; the assistant only receives authorized data and, on request, an audio link that expires.
EXAMPLES
What your team can ask
Find this week’s calls with +33 6 12 34 56 78 and let me listen to the last one.
Three calls with this number: Monday 10:12 (inbound, 4 min, Camille), Wednesday 15:40 (outbound, 11 min, Camille, tag “quote”) and Friday 9:05 (inbound, 2 min, missed). Here is the listening link for Wednesday’s call, valid for a few minutes: Listen to the call.

Summarize yesterday’s calls tagged “complaint” on the Support line.
Two calls. 11:20, 9 min: late delivery, goodwill gesture promised by Alex, to confirm by email. 16:02, 6 min: billing error, credit note to issue, the customer calls back Monday. Summaries provided by Aircall; agent notes confirm both commitments.

HOW IT WORKS
Aircall in your AI, in three steps
Connect the account
Under Data sources, an administrator enters the company’s Aircall API ID and token. Persyst tests the connection, encrypts the keys and discovers the account’s lines. The administrator selects the lines to share; the others stay outside Persyst.
Open lines and rights
Each line is granted to a team, a client or a person, with the allowed tools. Search and notes, summary, transcription and listening are decided separately. Grants can be changed at any time and apply on the next call.
Ask from the assistant
The member asks their question in ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot. The assistant searches calls, reads the authorized content and, on request, obtains a listening link. Every tool call is recorded: who, which line, which tool, when.
TOOLS
What your assistant can do
Aircall· 7 tools
Opened team by teamLists the Aircall lines opened to the member, with the tools allowed on each.
list_aircall_sourcesSearches a line’s calls by period, number, agent, direction and tags, at most 31 days per request.
search_aircall_callsA call’s metadata: date, duration, direction, agent, tags.
read_aircall_callTemporary MP3 link to listen to a recording or voicemail, under a distinct listening right.
get_aircall_audioNotes entered by the agent on the call.
read_aircall_call_notesAircall’s transcription of the call, when it exists and the licence allows it.

read_aircall_summary
Rights and audit trail
Rights per person, team or client.
Then, inside the tool, only the items you open. The rest does not exist for the AI.
One-click revocation.
Removing a member cuts their access in every AI at once.
A history.
Who used which tool, and when.
Credentials that stay put.
They remain encrypted in Persyst, never in the assistants.
COMPARISON
Persyst or a Aircall MCP server?
| Criterion | Persyst | Community Aircall MCP server |
|---|---|---|
| Who authenticates | The company, once, through an administrator. | Each member, with their own API key. |
| Installation | None: a remote MCP server, authorized from the assistant. | A server to install and maintain on every machine, or a third-party service you hand the key to. |
| Where credentials live | Encrypted in Persyst, never in the assistant. | In each member’s assistant configuration. |
| Scope | Per person, team or client, then per opened item. | Everything the key allows. |
| History | Who used which tool, and when, for the whole team. | None, or machine by machine. |
| When a member leaves | One-click revocation, in every AI. | A key to revoke at the vendor, machine by machine. |
What this connector does not do
- No search inside conversations: calls are found by their metadata, not by what was said.
- No action in Aircall: no call placed, no note, tag, contact or task created.
- No audio archive: Persyst neither downloads nor keeps recordings, it passes on a temporary listening link.
- Transcriptions and summaries depend on the account’s Aircall licence; without it, those tools report unavailable.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Is there an official MCP server for Aircall?
Persyst does not need one. It calls the Aircall API with the company’s keys and exposes its own read tools, line by line. Community servers require the API keys on every machine and expose the whole account.
Does every member need an Aircall account?
No. An administrator connects the company’s Aircall account once. Authorized members find their lines’ calls from their AI, without an Aircall seat.
Can a manager listen to their team’s calls from Claude?
Yes, if listening is opened to them on that line. Their assistant presents a temporary listening link; depending on the assistant, a player shows in the conversation. The link expires and every playback is recorded.
Can I open Support without opening Sales?
Yes. Rights are set per phone line, then per tool: search, notes, summary, transcription, listening. One team sees the Support line, the other the Sales line.
Do recordings leave Aircall?
Persyst does not store them. It passes the authorized member a temporary listening link provided by Aircall. Once read by the assistant, the content falls under that provider’s terms, as with any source.
