Asana
Authorize Asana, select projects and share their search with the team.
Asana accounts connect through OAuth authorization. Projects accessible to that account can then be selected and opened to recipients in Persyst.
Connect and choose projects
- In Data sources → Add a source, choose Asana.
- Authorize the Asana account that can read the required projects.
- In Projects, add the projects to make available.
- In Access management, grant projects and tools to teams or members.
Authorizing Asana does not choose recipients in Persyst for you.
Follow synchronization
Selected projects are synchronized for search. Check status and progress before requesting a first analysis; not every task may be indexed immediately.
Example: “Find tasks about this feature in this Asana project and cite their links.” Specify the project when several Asana sources are available.
Personal connection
To use your own account, add Asana in My connectors. Available personal actions remain limited by that account’s permissions. The shared organization connection and the personal connection serve different purposes.
When Asana access or required projects change, adjust Persyst selection and grants, then verify a read with a recipient.
