Notion

Persyst offers two distinct paths: Notion Search, for synchronizing and searching pages shared with Persyst, and Notion from the official MCP catalog, offered for personal use.

Connect Notion SearchCopy section link

1. In Data sources → Add a source, choose Notion Search.
2. Authorize Persyst in Notion and choose the pages to share on Notion’s authorization screen.
3. Back in Persyst, open Pages to inspect the tree and synchronization status.
4. In Access management, grant the source and tools to recipients.

Everything shared with Persyst during authorization is synchronized, including those pages’ contents. Selection happens in Notion: review it before opening the source to a team.

Change sharingCopy section link

From the page list, use Edit sharing to reopen Notion authorization and adjust shared content. Then follow synchronization in Persyst before searching again.

Example: “Find the Notion document explaining this decision and cite the passage.”

Connect a personal accountCopy section link

In My connectors, the catalog’s Notion connector authorizes your account with the official server. Its tools and your account’s permissions determine available uses. Do not confuse it with the shared Notion Search source and its synchronized index.

Choose according to the need: shared document search or tools for a personal account.
