Google Search Console
Authorize Google and select Search Console properties available to members.
The connection uses a Google account with access to the relevant Search Console properties. This flow does not require generating an API key.
Connect properties
- In Data sources → Add a source, choose Google Search Console.
- Start the connection and authorize the appropriate Google account.
- Open Properties and add the required Domain or URL-prefix properties.
- In Access management, grant properties and tools to recipients.
Select the exact property: a domain and a URL prefix can represent different scopes.
Verify a read
An authorized member can ask: “For this Search Console property, show clicks and impressions for the latest seven available days and include the returned dates.”
The returned period matters: Google may not yet have recent data available. Tools read Search Console data; they do not replace access to the website’s pages or its other measurement tools.
Personal access and maintenance
Google Search Console is also available in My connectors for personal accounts. The shared source follows organization grants.
If the Google account loses access to a property, Persyst can no longer read it through that connection. Maintain Google permissions and adjust properties and recipients in Persyst as the scope changes.
